Christmas Appeal
Aberdeen Foyer supports over 2000 young people and adults a year. The help we provide can take many forms and our overarching aim for almost 30 years has been to end youth homelessness and prevent and alleviate the impact of poverty on young people and adults across North East Scotland.
This year we are reminding people that not everyone will have things this Christmas, we often take for granted.
We want everyone to feel confident and taking care of your body and appearances, will make anyone feel happy and assured to take on the day.
With the unpredictable weather of our part of Scotland, it is important for everyone to have a winter jacket to throw on while leaving their flat to go see their friends.
It is also important for everyone to have a warm home to come back to and electricity to power home appliances and WiFi to stay in touch with friends, complete school work and apply for jobs.
Many people associate Christmas with overindulgence and treats and we want everyone to have cereal to have in the morning and groceries to cook the meal they desire at Christmas.
Please consider donating to Aberdeen Foyer this Christmas to ensure the people we work with feel the Christmas magic, allowing them to focus on the things they enjoy.
Fuel potential this Christmas.
