About The King’s Trust Team Programme

The King’s Trust Team (formerly known as The Prince’s Trust Team) is a unique development opportunity for people aged between 16 and 25. On the Programme participants develop confidence, motivation and skills through individual challenges and a community project. Participants come from different backgrounds, have different abilities and interests. Over the 12-week course they are supported in developing core skills, building confidence and gaining nationally recognised qualifications.

King’s Trust Team is a 12-week course that:

Is for anyone between the age of 16 & 25 not in education or employment  
Uncovers hidden talents and improves confidence  
Won’t cost anything, and no lose to benefits  
Helps participants gain new skills and qualifications  
Meet new people and make new friends

The programme has 4 key stages:

Induction and residential team building
Community project
Team challenge
Final review and presentation
